TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Minimum opening order: $200.00
  • Minimum reorder: $150.00
  • There is a $5.00 service charge for any order not meeting the above requirement.
  • First orders are COD cashier's check or major credit cards only. All net terms are granted upon approval by our credit department.
  • Any claims for shortage or other errors must be made to Sunset Vista Designs within 10 days of receiving your shipment, with photos of damages.
  • Any claims for damaged merchandise should be reported immediately to the delivering carrier. You need to save the carton and damaged items for inspection if necessary. The freight carrier is responsible for the merchandise damaged during transit.
  • Merchandise returned or refused will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.
  • Backorders under $50.00 will be cancelled.
  • Freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. All prices are FOB Rancho Cucamonga, CA and subject to change without notice.
  • We accept Visa, MC, Discover and American Express.
